Sorry about the delay on this … but we wanted to announce that we’ll be sending the promised bookmark on to Aunt Sharon this week. Thanks to everybody for the comments and kind words as we traveled through China!

Hip, hip, hooray!! Kara is beside herself and cannot understand why I won. She is so jealous because she loves to enter contests and even won a trip to Disney Land, but took $1,000 instead. I am happy to beat her. She has become a little arrogant about how many contests she has won. This will be good for her needed humility. Thank you so much for the bookmark. I’m just saying . . . I had to tell my mom she won. And despite what she’s said, I’m perfectly fine with invalids getting the sympathy vote. Age before beauty, right?
P.S. I’m very happy for your family and glad the transition is going well.
